The Process

Step 1:

E-mail your request to us at resumesdoneright@rocketmail.com. If you are requesting a critique of your documents, please include them as attachments in your email. (If you have not yet reviewed the services that we offer, please click here.)

Step 2:

We will respond to you with a quote and a timeframe for the completion of the project.

Step 3:

If the recommendations and quote are agreeable to you, please electronically sign the quote and email it back to us. Should you have any more questions, please ask before returning the quote to us. We prefer to address questions or issues before we get going on your project. The process will be smoother for both of us.

Step 4:

Once we receive a signed quote from you, we will begin work on your document(s).

Step 5:

We will send your completed documents to you for review. They will not be editable and contain a watermark. Once you have approved the documents, we will require payment prior to sending your final documents.

Step 6:

If you are not in a hurry, you can send us a check via mail to the address found here. Please make check payable to "Resumes Done Right." For faster delivery, you can also use Paypal located here.

Step 7:

Once we have confirmed payment, we will send your documents to you, including a receipt. All documents will be free of watermarks and completely editable should you need to change any information later.
